Officials Eye Plans For Future West Valley Files Application For Park Grant Friday WEST VALLEY. West Valley officials are looking to acquire more land by similar means as subdivision construction continues effort to gain public input before filing the grant application. Representatives of city soccer leagues and Bobby Sox softball programs were the major participants, although a number of people were not affiliated with any organizations, Day said.
