They will represent the 50 states and Puerto Rico. A group of Canadian will be special guests. About 700 adults associated with Club work also are expected to attend. The Congress will open with an impressive program based on the 1966 theme: Pursuit of Excellence. The keynote speaker will be a woman who has pioneered a long list of firsts for women, and who will add yet another first to her impressive record. She will be the first woman ever to keynote the opening assembly of the National Club Congress, now in Its 45th 4-- 4-- H H 4-- year.
