'Last May, certificates were . presented to outstanding stu-dents at Granger and Bingham High Schools by the Kearns Jaycees... Kearns has encouraged : other Jaycee clubs throughout the State of Utah to honor their high school students through b the Scholastic Achievement pro- gram. Kearns Jaycees to Run Second Drive Carefully Campaign Kearns Jaycees will run their second annual Drive Carefully campaign during the first week-- : end of November, according to Director George Slack. A similar campaign was run success-- ' fully last year with the aid of the Sheriffs Office and the Utah Highway Patrol. The Jaycees plan to stop traffic1 and ask permission to paste "a luminous Drive Carefully Sticker on the drivers dash-- . board. Wrecked vehicles will be ) placed along the highway to motorists of the consequences of unsafe and heedless driving habits. A Seat Belt clinic will be run by the Jaycees at the Kearns Shopping Center in conjunction : with the traffic project.
