Show This time of year is not only clobberin time, but also Comic-Co- n time in Salt Lake City. The Salt Lake Comic Con (SLCC) returns for a second year of nerdy awesomeness, panels, tons of celebrity guests and more costumes than Halloween. According to the SLCC website, Salt Lake Comic Con is an epic pop culture convention event that brings comics, fan art, sci-f- i, anime, fantasy, film and TV and their associated comic creators, artists, actors, performers, authors, celebrities and professionals to meet and interact with their fans. Comic-Co- n will be found at the Salt Palace Convention Center this weekend on Sept. 4 until Sept. 6. In the realm of Cosplay is an integral part of any Comic-CoComic-Con- s, anything goes in cosplay, but students can see many of the more popular characters like Stormtroopers, Superman, Wonder Woman and maybe even a Griffin.
