Bust is excited about the new location across the parking lot, but even that building is slated for demolition in a couple years. She is afraid that Sugar House is going to lose its unique character and become just like Sandy or West Jordan, with their big-bo- x retailers and cookie-cuttuniformity. Sugar House Coffee is another business with a lot of history in the area. It is a popular hangout for the Westminster community and has been in its iconic comer location for decades. Barista Adam Collier is depressed by the demolition. Im really disappointed that its only getting coverage up to this point, when weve been going to city councils and fighting the builders for the past two years. Sugar House is a great area.
