Lets see by a show of hands how many The Utah Girl Scout Council (UGSC) is calling for former Girl Scouts to volunteer their time and experience to the girls involved in the program today. Before you say there isnt enough time in your life to be a troop leader, think about all the skills and achievements you have that would make a difference in the life of a girl growing up in todays society. The Girl Scout program is designed to fit the lifestyle of women and girls of the 90s. Young women need positive role models who can guide them as they prepare for the challenges of the future. of you are former Girl Scouts. now, this isnt junior high, we dont have to be closet Girl Scouts any more, raise your hand higher, higher. There ... that isnt so painful after all, is it? Look around you, see how many other women and men claim to have a history in the Girl Scout program.
