Show p- jj -Obituaries Frances Alida Steinvoort Mrs. Alida Baan Steinvoort, 81, of 58 South Third West, Brigham City, died Saturday, Dec. 3, 1977, in St. hospital in Ogden. Benedicts Mrs. Steinvoort was born Oct. 17, 1896 in Rotterdam, Netherlands, a daughter of Elize and Johanna Van der Wei Baan. She was married to Jan Steinvoort on Aug. 22, 1917, in the Netherlands. The marriage was solemnized in the Logan LDS temple in 1949. He died Aug. 21, 1960. She came to the United States in June of 1948 and settled in Brigham City. She was educated in tne Netherlands.. She served as Relief society president of the LDS church in El-de- rt Alida Stainvoort the Netherlands and had been a visiting home teacher in Brigham City. Frances Leggett Hull, 71, 1372 Maple Wood Circle, Salt Lake City, died Dec. 1, 1977, in a Murray hospital following a long illness. She was born Sept. 16, 1906, at Brigham City, to John F. and Lana Parsons Leggett. She married William Roy Hull June 26, 1923, in Farmington, Utah. The marriage later was solemnized in Logan LDS Temple. She was an active member of the LDS church, a former Relief society president and secretary, visiting teacher, member of the DUP and presently resided in both Heber City and Salt Lake county. Survivors: Husband of Salt Lake; son and daughters: William R. Hull Jr., Heber; Mrs. George W. (Ruth) Olson, Midvale; Mrs. Earl D. (Winifred) McGinty; Mrs. George P. (Jams) Degen; both Salt Lake; Mrs. Ronald D. (Joyce) Murray; 16 grandchildren; five brothers and sister, John F. Leggett Jr., Brigham City; Mrs. Alma (Florence) Harris, Harrisville; Mrs. Helen Orwin; Mrs. June Nulph; both Salt Lake; Glen Leggett, Twin Falls, Idaho. Wayne Priebe sustain- mid-Wint- Mrs. Yasu Hirabayashi, 72, of Syracuse, died Tuesday, Dec. 6 1977 at the Davis North Medical center of cancer. She was born Jan. 8, 1905 in Akigun, Hiroshima Ken, Japan, a daughter of Masuji and Sumi Nishitani Nisogi. She was married to Kuichi Hirabayashi on Feb. 12, 1927 in Layton. He died Oct. 23, 1964. She came to Box Elder county in 1926 and moved to Davis county in 1927. She was a member of the rODAY THRU TUES.
