He v.as born Jan. 22, 1894, in Petersboro, Utah, a son of John A. and Elizabeth Jane Bird Kidman. He married Lauretta Larsen on Jan. 14, 1916, in the Salt Lake LDS temple. They were later divorced. He married Hazel Neagle on June 15, 1947, in Reno, Nev. They were later divorced. He was a member of the LDS ward and Seventy-Eightwas a high priest. He was a former bishop of the Gunnison, Utah, ward. He was a member of the Brigham City Lions club. He had worked with the Utah State Department of Agriculture. He had worked with the United States Farm administration for 10 years. He served three years on the Perry Town council. He owned the Kidman Real Estate company in Perry and had lived in Gunnison, Roose- - B. By water Jim Jim B. Bywater, 57, of 81 North Second West, Brigham city, died Sunday, Sept. 25, 1977, at his home. He was born Nov. 11, 1919, in Brigham City, a son of James and Bertha Korth Bywater. He married E. Marie Bunderson on Nov. 11, 1938, in Heber City, Utah. She died Oct. 5, 1973. Bywater, Alan Craig Bywater, all of Brigham City; ten grandchildren. Also surviving are one brother and two sisters, Clarence R. (Clair) Bywater, Salt Lake City; Mrs. Harold (Olive) Tucker, Ogden; Miss Millroy (Faye) Steed, Brigham City; two Mrs. Florence Wells, Mrs. Lorna Harper, both of Brigham City. Funeral services were held Wednesday at 11 a.m. in the Brigham City Third ward chapel. Interment was in Brigham City cemetery under direction of Olsen Funeral service. half-sister- s, Leona S. Fronk, 65, of Burley, Idaho, formerly who died Friday, Sept. 23, 1977, in the Cassia Memorial hospital in Burley of cancer. He was born June 16, 1912, in West Weber, Utah, a son of Edwin G. and Sarah Phillips Fronk. He graduated from Weber High school. He married LaVon Phillips on Oct. 16, 1937, in Ogden. The marriage was later solemnized in the Idaho Falls LDS temple. They lived in Tremonton until 1946 when they moved to Burley. He was an automobile dealer in Burley. He was a member of the LDS church and had served as deacons quorum adviser, ward clerk and bishops counselor. He was a veteran of World War II. He was a member and past president of the Burley Lions club and past president of the Jaycees in Tremonton. He was organizer of the first fire department in Tremonton and served as fire chief for many years. He had served on the GMC Dealers council. n, Funeral services were held Wednesday in the Ogden ward chapel with nty-Eighth Bishop Glade Hall officiating. Interment was in Mendon, Utah, cemetery. Seve- Herschel Arbon Herschel Arbon, died 65, of Snow-v- i Sept. 26, at Veterans hospital in Salt Lake City of heart failure. He was born May 15, 1912, in Snowville, a son of John Arnold and Mary Ann May Arbon. He was reared and educated in Snowville and was a graduate of Bear River High school. He was an Army veteran of World War II. He had worked as a farmer and cattleman and had formerly served as a member of the Snowville Town board. He was an elder in the Curlew LDS ward and had served as YMMIA secretary. He was active in scouting. Surviving are two brothers and two sisters, John Theodore Arbon, Bountiful; Mrs. Alvin (Aenone) Robbins, Lyman James Arbon, both of Ogden; Mrs. William V. (Blanche) Hickman, Reedsport, Ore. Funeral services will be conducted today (Thursday) at 1 p.m. in the Snowville ward chapel with Bishop David R. Eliason officiating. Friends may call at the chapel from 11:45 a.m. until 12:45 p.m. Burial will be in Snowville cemetery. He, 1977, Monday, Surviving are his widow of Burley; two sons, Kenneth E. Fronk, Steven J. Fronk, both of Burley; one daughter, Mrs. Clyde (Kathleen) Black, Denver, Colo; 10 grandchildren. Also surviving are brothers and sisters, W. Chester Fronk Mrs. Vera Perkins, Mrs. Elveda Dallof, Mrs. Phillis Tomaselli, Elwood G. Fronk, all of Ogden; Mrs. Ruby Johnson, Brigham City. Interment was in Pleasant View cemetery in Burley.
