Hansen we wish to express heartfelt thanks. We wish especially to thank the ward bishopric, the Relief society, our friends, and all others who assisted in any way. Brigham City, Utah Thursday, June 16, 1977 BOX ELDER JOURNAL, To LJlJnalf mosquHOo pirdbOora? by Ellen Cook The experts say we are having a l?ig problem with mosquitos this year. Problem? What problem? This may be new for Brigham residents but its the same old thing for those of us outside of town. True, there seems to be an increase of the little pests but after youve been bitten for the time, whats a few more? We appreciate the countys effort in finally trying to get rid of the yearly pests. But I think their efforts are being wasted if the only time they can find to spray is a middle of a rainstorm. Last week, after returning home from a rained-ou- t ball game, we passed a spray truck doing a fine job spraying in the downpour. I hardly think the white clouds had much effect on the enemy. ump-teent- h Posse Meets The posse under the di- rection of Harry Hinck will meet tonight at 7 p.m. in the Hinck arena, north of Brigham City. All interested equestrians between the ages of 8 and 18 who would like to join Handsome Harrys Handy Horsemen and learn more about handling horses and the art of horsemanship are encouraged to come out to the arena and bring their horse. Troop of 107 Harper brought home an impressive second place from the Brigham City North stake scout Olympics entitled Mountain Mans Retreat.
