A costume parade showing the beautiful, funny and scary souls assembled for the evening is also scheduled as part of the Halloween fun. Carnival games with lots of prizes will be held in the classrooms, with the games planned for all ages to enjoy. There will also be a bake sale with homemade goodies, and tickets are being sold on a quilt and panda bear to be won by some lucky ticket holder. Everyone in the school area is invited to attend. Went Hunting Hal Mason accompanied by Gordon Taylor of Brigham City and Richard Naylor of Salt Lake City went deer hunting Saturday. Mrs. Hal Mason and family spent Saturday with her parents Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Marriott in Garland where they were joined by Mrs. Gordon Taylor and family of Brigham City. Miss Sheree Josephson, a student at USU in Logan, spent the weekend visiting her parents Mr. and Mrs. Garth Josephson and family. Mrs. Steed Estep and Mrs. Jimmy Burgess visited Mrs. Grady Welks in Syracuse during the week. Visiting Mr. and Mrs. Jack Welling Thursday were Mr. and Mrs. A. R. Chartterton of Brigham City and Sharon Lake of Downey. Mrs. Jetta Whiting - accom- panied by Mrs. Mary Wood of Fielding enjoyed luncheon at a downtown restaurant in Logan Saturday. Mr. and Mrs. Hal Mason and sons Kim, Mark and Reese and daughters Charla and Heidi were at Lava Hot Springs during the week. Mike Prince of Layton enjoyed Sunday dinner with Mr. and Mrs. Jay Hess and family. Mrs. Steed Estep accompanied by Mrs. LaNae Wakely of Malad enjoyed the day in Brigham City Saturday. Lawrence Archibald spent Thursday in Inkom, Idaho visiting his daughter Mrs. Rick Davis and children Katye, Daryn and Marcye. Sunday guests of Mr. and Mrs. J. B. Estep were Mr. and Mrs. Ezra Hoskins of Malad. Spending Friday through Monday visiting Mr. and Mrs. Arnold Lamb and family were Mr. and Mrs- - Bart Williams and children Robyn, Kristy, Biff, Vicki and Wendy of Salt Lake City. The men folks ent hunting in the west hills. Sunday Mrs. Arnold Lamb and family, Mrs. Bart Williams and family accompanied by Mrs. Ferrel Williams of Malad spent the day visiting Mr. and Mrs. Reese Roundy and family in their lovely new home in Wellsville. Baby Girl Bob and Kathy Secrist Montgomery of Brigham City are happy over the arrival of a baby girl born Oct. 21 in the Brigham City hospital. They have two little daughters Mindi and Marni at home. Proud grandparents are Mr. and Mrs. Wayne Secrist of Plymouth and Mr. and Mrs. Vernal gomery of Tremonton. Sunday Mrs. LaPriel Secrist accompanied by Mrs. Annette Adams of Bear River City visited Mr. and Mrs. Bob Montgomery and got acquainted with the new baby. Mindi and Marni Montgomery who had been visiting their grandparents Mr. and Mrs. Wayne Secrist accompanied the ladies to their home in Brigham City. Wednesday evening Mrs. Deanna Godfrey and family of Clarkston visited her parents Mr. and Mrs. Newel Nish. Mr. and Mrs. Floyd Cope of Ely have been spending a few days visiting Mr. and Mrs. Newel Nish. The two ladies are sisters. Thursday evening the two couples visited relatives in Malad. Dinner guests of Mr. and Mrs. Newel Nish Friday were Mr. and Mrs. Don Nish and family of Bountiful. Don Nish and son Don Jr. remained overnight and went deer hunting Saturday. 'Tth i, . Samaria. Wednesday Mr. and Mrs. J. B. Estep visited Mrs. Clara Hoskins in Logan. Monday Mr. and Mrs. Gary Bell and children Jerry, Billie and Katie along with Mr. and Mrs. Grant Bell of Ogden were dinner guests of Mr. and Mrs. Orvil Bell in Portage. Spending the weekend visiting Mr. and Mrs. Ellis Hess was Jamie Buatte of Ogden. A family dinner party was held at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Stokes and family Sergeant given assignment to Arizona base The son of a Tremonton couple has been assigned to Luke AFB, Ariz., for duty with a unit of the Air Force Communications Service. Sergeant David E. Tennison, son of Mr. and Mrs. Alfred E. Tennison of RFD 2, is an air traffic control specialist with the 2037th Communications Squardon. He previously served at Keesler AFB, Miss. The sergeant, a 1970 graduate of Big Bear High school in Big Bear Lake, Calif., received his associate degree in 1972 from San Berardino (Calif.)
