Dr. and Mrs. Glade Hunsaker presented an inspiring masterpiece of music and literature. (Mrs. Hunsaker accompanied her husband with musical selections at the piano). Dr. Hunsaker is a brother of Mrs. Jay Stokes of Tremonton. Mrs. Eva Green was a special guest. Dainty light refreshments were served. Mr. and Mrs. Marvin Sten-quiand son Bart will join Mr. and Mrs. Robert Peterson and children Serena and Travis and Ron Stenquist of Salt Lake City for a Thanksgiving dinner party at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Wallace Tremelling and family in Willard. Arriving from Mountain Valley, Calif., to spend the Thanksgiving holidays visiting Mrs. Vernell Morrison and other relatives in this area are Mr. and Mrs. David Morrison and children Danny, Daren, Deina Marie and Darci. Mrs. Elva Korth is happy to announce the arrival of a little granddaughter born to Nile and Moana Korth Young Boyle in Rexburg Nov. 22 They have one son Eric at home. The occasion was Mrs. Seymour Hills birthday anniversary. Fun The Tremonton-Garlan- d club met with Mrs. Wanda Nelson as hostess Thursday evening. A delicious luncheon was served afterwhich the group enjoyed a social and handiwork. Thanksgiving dinner guests at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Garland Puzey will be Mr. and Mrs. Bob Puzey and children Ann and Robbie of Ogden, Mr. and Mrs. Paul Puzey and daughters Michelle and Kathleen of ' Roy. son-in-la- Carlyle Johnson is receiving medical care in the McKay hospital in Ogden following a heart attack. Club Meets Will Have Dinner Dr. and Mrs. D.B. Green are Administration trification which provides for the construction of about 11 miles of 138,000 volt transmission line. This 11 miles of line will be located in Box Elder County, Utah and will extend generally from Cedar Creek, Utah east generally along the state highway to the Juniper Road, about 11 miles. The line will follow the existing distribution line extending to the Juniper Road. The corridor will cross into the following land descriptions: spending Tuesday through Friand day visiting their daughter Mr. and Mrs. Sidney and Garrett and their daughter Mr. and Mrs. Roy Allen and families in Salt Lake City. Wednesday Mr. and Mrs. Grant Callister attended funeral services for Mrs. Ruth Johnson in Holden. Mr. and Mrs. Rulon Standing who have recently moved from Denver to Ogden were luncheon guests of Mr. and Mrs. R.L. Packer Wednesday. They also visited Mr. and Mrs. W. Lee Thompson in Garland. Mr. and Mrs. Dallas Pierson and children Greg, Dana and David have arrived from Sparks, Nev., to spend the Thanksgiving holidays visiting Mr. and Mrs. Virgil Francom. They will also visit Mr. and Mrs. Harmon Pierson in East Garland. Spending the Thanksgiving holidays visiting Mr. and Mrs. Dewayne Falk and family are Mr. and Mrs. Dennis Falk and children Michael and Darci Lynn of Ogden and Mr. and Mrs. John Falk and son Joseph of Provo. Janet Tait and Julee Jackson, students at BYU in Provo will also spend Thanksgiving at the Falk home. Mr. and Mrs. Grant Callister are spending Thanksgiving with Dr. and Mrs. Lyle Archibald and family and Craig Callister in Salt Lake City. Mrs. Ensign was a former resident of Brigham City. Later they enjoyed luncheon with Mr. and Mrs. John Shumway and family and Miss Vera Gene Shumway. Portage Pennings Wrestler Brad Gibbs by Maude R. Harris Brad Gibbs, freshman at Utah State university, son of Mr. and Mrs. Bryan Gibbs, was one of the 11 chosen to go to Japan and participate in wrestling competition. The group left Salt Lake City airport Thursday and will spend the night in Los Angeles, Calif. From there they will g0 to Yokosuki, Japan where they will be guests of Japanese families at their homes for the first three days. The boys will present their hosts with gifts from the United States. The remainder of the time will be spent at Hosei, Tokai, Japan and Koukushikian univeristy campuses and at Yokosuki Air Force base. They will visit Hawaii and tour towns and cities in Japan. Besides university competition they will compete in the Olympic trials in wrestling, They plan to return Dec. 18. Brad is a graduate of Bear River High school. He was active in sports, participating in wrestling for three years, football for three' years and track Attorney for Administrator City also spent the weekend at the Russell Webb home. Hoskins visited with Mr. Hoskins sister, Belle Estep at the Cooley hospital in Brigham City and with Mrs. Clara Hoskins at the Sunshine Terrace Nursing home in Logan Sunday. Howell conducted a meeting with the residents of the community to vote on a new culinary water system to be replaced.
