The Salt Lake LDS temple will be the site of the wedding of Miss Paula Pearson, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Glenn L. Pearson of Orem, and Gary L. Packer, son of Mr. and Mrs. Lowell W. Packer of Brigham City, on Sept. 1. That evening a wedding reception will honor the couple in the Skyroom of the Wilkinson Center on the Brigham Young university campus. Miss Pearson is a graduate of Orem High school and LDS Seminary and has attended Brigham two and Young one-ha- lf university for years. She in the Mormon Youth Symphony orchestra and recently returned from the BYU Semester abroad in Salzburg, participated Austria. Packer is a graduate of Box Elder High school and LDS By Phone Seminary, Ruth 723-622- and was also a member of the Mormon Youth Symphony orchestra and recently returned from the 9 mission of the LDS church. He studied at BYU previous to serving his mission. Hours for the fair must be delivered in person at the fairgrounds on Tuesday, Aug. 24, between the hours of 1 p.m. and 8 p.m. Baked goods must be delivered on Wednesday between 8 a.m. and 10 a.m.; and flowers on Thursday from 8 to 10 a.m. Items brought later will be too late to be judged. MARSHA DUSTIN Local Couple to Wed In Early Fall Rite Other rules include the fact Mr. and Mrs. Wesley T. Hansen, 425 West Fourth South, announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their neice, Marsha Ann Dustin, to Thomas J. Anderson. The future bride is a daughter of Darrel G. The couple has circled Sept. 10 as their wedding date, and will make their home in Tennessee while the bridegroom is stationed there. Jane Jackson of Willard, Marba Forsgren and Viola Cutler of Corinne, Patsy Cutler and Mary Jo Shipley of Brigham City attended a family personal bridal shower in compliment to Susan Godfrey held at the home of Betty Jensen in Ogden Thursday evening. Coming back through the Montana Glacier park they visited the Idaho Falls temple before coming home. The Bunnells arrived home in time to welcome Mr. and Mrs. Brent Hinz and daughter Krista who have spent the summer visiting her folks in Tennessee. The Bunnells met Mrs. Hinz while they were on an LDS mission in Tennessee. The Hinz who have lived in Las Vegas the past year are visiting here and in Layton with his folks before going to Sheridan, Wyo. where they will teach during the coming school year. They visited the Kirtland temple and other church sites in Ohio, went to Niagara Falls, viewed the Hill Cumorah pageant and toured LDS points of interest in that area. They spent three days in New York City seeing all the tourist attractions and attended the Broadway show "No, No, Nanette," starring Ruby Keeler. Next stop was Washington D.C. and visits to both the Capitol and White House and two days touring in Provo.
