Four grand jury indictments against nine men, eight of whom are current or former Cache County public officials, have been dismissed by Second District Court Judge J. Duffy Palmer. Madsen that he be allowed to amend several of the indictments. Judge Palmer noted that no charge of criminal intent was outlined in an indictment charging Hyrum City Councilman Vincent A.
