This moritorium became effective on March 30, 1985, and will remain in SECTION 1.1 INVITATION TO BID MIDDLE CANYON CREEK CHANNEL IMPROVEMENTS FROM 10th NORTH TO STATE HIGHWAY 36 Sealed proposals on forms prepared by J. N. Ward and Associates will be received at the Tooele County Courthouse, Department of Development Services, 47 South Main, Tooele, Utah until 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, April 17, 1985 at which time the proposals will be publicly opened and read for construction of channel improvements for the Middle Canyon Creek from 10th North to State Highway 36 which includes 6000 LF of channeling, ten (10) concrete structures and 530 LF of pipe 24 to 48 in diameter. The project is to be completed in 30calendar days. The attention of bidders is directed to the policy of the Tooele County Board of Commissioners that no business, group or individual is to be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, sex, religion, or national origin, pursuant to the award, execution and performance of this contract. The Bidders State of Utah Contractors License Number shall be shown in the place provided on the proposal form. Any bid submitted by a bidder not properly licensed prior to the time of bid will be rejected. If a certifed or Cashier's Check is given in lieu of Bid Bond, a certificate from an approved surety company guaranteeing execution of a 100 percent Performance and Payment Bond shall accompany the bid.
