Think fresh fish and seafood in addition to the mainstays of chicken, steak, hamburger and pork. Preparation: Make sure the grill is clean. Before its on, add a light coat of oil or nonstick cooking spray so the fish does not stick to the grill. If youre going to use a marinade, soak the fish for two hours beforehand to infuse it with the flaor. Tyler Davidson won the Silver Medal with a score of 46 of 50. Tyler also won the Gold Medal in Doubles with a score of 44 of 50. Chad Greenhalgh 14-ye- Trap Shooting event. In the 12 years old and younger age group, Blake and Trent Campbell repreold Greenhalgh won the Gold sented the 15 to Medal for Singles, the Silver age group. This lets them pick up more flavors from the grill. Shellfish, such as oysters, mussels and clams, cook even faster than fish. The group attended workshops on substance abuse prevention and had a picnic. The highlight of the day was attending a Stingers game that evening.
