Show Ag The department asks Nephl, Utah help in controlling O May pesticides, sprayers The Utah State Department of Agriculture is asking Utahs citizens to help stop the indiscriminate use of pesticides by untrained people, and help to upgrade the pest control indsutry, in a news release issued recently. According to the release, citizens should ask pesticide applicators to present their licenses. According to the law established by the legislature, no person shall engage in the application of insecticides and herbicides for hire in excess of $50.00 per year in the Stale of Utah without a license issued by the State Department of Agriculture. If the applicator has complied with State Law, he will present his license.
