Show Funds available for humanities programs The Utah Humanities Council (UHC) is currently accepting grant proposals in the competitive grant ($5000 maximum) category from organizations and groups to support future public humanities projects. Draft applications are required and are due August 1, 2005 for projects beginning after November 1, 2005. After receiving staff comments, final applications are due September non-prof- it 1, 2005. Grant projects promote public appreciation and understanding of human traditions, values, and issues through informed SAN JUAN RECORD public discussion.
