Show My Turn . by Rena Langstatf. X J C7 La Sal Another group of professional volunteers are soon to make their debut in northern San Juan County. On June 17, a very special group of people will have completed a First Responder Course, providing the community of La Sal with a much needed medical ser- - fsGmiT Denta i(T vice. As First Responders, they will respond to homes and accidents much the same way as EMTs and provide basic medical care until more advanced medical help arrives. In the last three years, La Sal has grown from approximately 100 residences to over 140. It doesnt sound like much, but when you consider the area they cover, they, like all other emergency responders in the county, will have their hands full. On behalf of this group, which includes Wendy Fuller, Shannon Krist, Marilee Mitchell, Beth Wilcox, Melanie Ware-ham- , Steve Garcia, Tom PAUL R. MACDONALD D.D.S. 15 EAST CENTER STREET B LANDING.
