Public notice Notice of Public Hearing Notice is hereby given that the Southeastern Utah District Health Dept, will hold a public hearing to receive public comment on a proposal by the Southeastern Utah District Health Dept to adopt health regulations for food establishments. The regulation will affect any public establishment which handles, stores, prepares, or sells food. This regulation provides for the inspection and licensing of the food establishment, enforcement of the regulations and establishment of a fee schedule for ' licensing.
