RAY SIPE, son of Charles Sipe, Blanding, was recently installed as president of the Chamber of Commerce in Preston, Idaho. The seminar will include the basics of energy efficiency, solar design, tax credits for energy conservation, some of the problems and misconceptions about solar installations and discussion of the Public Utilities Commissions proposed Demand Rate for residential customers. Office Food Handler Class Utah District Health Department will be holding a food handlers class for food handler certification on The Southeast Ilnops, Ewesnfts at 2 pjn. in the Monticello Health Office. There is a $4 fee for the class. Teen Challenge Talk Reverand Royce Nimmons, executive director of Teen of the Rocky Challenge will be guest Mountains, Inc., at the Assembly of God speaker Church in Blanding on February 17 at 7 p.m. Teen challenge is a program designed to help young men and women find meaningful answers to the problems, habits and conflicts which control them. Nimmons program will consist of a presentation of the Teen Challenge ministry in the Rocky Mountain area, and an explana- tion by Camille Davis Monticello senior citizens had dinner at the White Mesa Senior Center this week.
