MINERAL RESERVATION: The property to be sold will be offered three ways for All in T39N, R20W, comparative bid purposes: a. Surface only - reserving 100 of minerals. b. Surface plus 10 of minerals - reserving 90 of minerals. c. Surface plus 25 of minerals - reserving 75 of minerals. Dolores County Assessor shows dry farm land, 985 acres; grazing land, 80 acres; and waste and seep land, 458 acres with total 1,523 acres. A.S.C.S. Office in Dove Creek reports 1,134 acres crop land and 1,520 acres total. Check with A.S.C.S. for estimated crop land in each individual tract.
