Wicks, BLM state director for Utah. The appointments include 12 members for the Moab district multiple use advisory council; 12 members for the Salt Lake district, 11 members for the Cedar City district, and 11 each for the Richfield and Ver- nal districts. Those appointed to the Moab district council include two San Juan County residents: E.S. Boyle, Monticello, insurance man and county comm- ission chairman, and Virginia Yazzi, Blanding, Utah NavCouncil ajo Dsvelopment member.
