Over 6-- people attended the performances, which was the largest crowd ever to attend a play in the school's history. Dedication, hard work and many hours went into the success of this musical. The dedication of the cast was evident when they arrived at the high school for practices at 6 a.m. for ten solid weeks. Thanks should go to their parents who helped in getting their kids to practice on time. Janice Adams, the accompanist, also put many hours of practicing into this pre900 sentation. Janices talents came through to help the cast members who were not as aware of the music as she was. She really put forth a lot of effort that paid off. Many long hours were spent in making sets and props. Appreciation for this goes to Judy Barton, Jeff Andrews, and many students who sacrificed their time and shared their talents. One of the main features of this musical was the dancing. Many hours of hard work with the students was spent by Tauna DeGraw and by Billie Edgington, who has danced" professionally with Russian Without advertising, you wouldnt know. dancers. Our thanks Muhlestein, Barbara Ronda ience, also to Jim Karen Adams, Shoemaker and Griffin for their pattime, and effort in helping with the singing. Rick Terry was a great help in the lighting department. He worked as a professional in this field in California, and his skill made all of the difference. Helping him were Jeff Musselman and Tony Montella. A special thanks goes to the bus drivers who were up before each morning driving 15 students from Eastland and five students from LaSaltoget to the 6 a.m. practice on time. The early risers were Donna Giles, Terry Eardley, Dave Stoddard and Nedra Crow. Last, but certainly not of least importance, was the person who brought all of these talented, dedicated and hardworking people together to present such a fine musical Mrs. Patti Husted. Mrs. Husted rose every morning at 4:30 for ten weeks. She also went home late at night from workon blocking, sets, etc. ing She also sacrificed her class time to get everything ready for the performances. She is truly one of the dedicated and hard working people. We are truly thankful for such a director as Mrs. Husted. Thanks also go to the student director, Gina Christensen, people on publicity and the box office, the ushers and everyone else who helped in making Fiddler on the Roof a success! 4 a.m. N DGOT-SGEJU- ArJ3GQD(SA THG SmW, (SAD ON (AN THAT 0NMG5 OMPRTS!)
