Moss The families of Bob Cooper, Bill Dunow and Jimmie Forrest joined together Sunday for a pleasant Easter picnic at Indian Creek. ' Mr. and Mrs. K. S. Summer, and Mr. and Mrs. John D. Lewis went to Salt Lake City Wednesday to attend the banquet and program honoring Ezra Taft Benson, former U. S. Secretary of Agri-atten- d the LDS General Conference. Mr. and Mrs. Roy Thacker and boys spent the Easter vacation with Mrs. Thackers parents, Mr. and Mrs. Irvin Bowden in Midway. They also visited Roys parents, Mr. and Mrs. Murray Thacker in Heber City. Mrs. Jean Gresko and Mrs. Etta Barton drove to Phoenix to get Miss Myrna Gresko who has a short vacation from her nurses training school. Mrs. Dean Robinson is in charge of the Hyland Hotel this week while her parents, Mr. and Mrs. K. S. Summers, are in Salt Lake City. Mr. and Mrs. Ralph Robson and family, with Don Hawkins as their guest, traveled to Glen Canyon to observe the progress on the giant bridge there. In Page, Ariz. they visited with the Raymond McAlister family, former Monticello residents. Returning home they came via Navajo Bridge, Kanab, Bryce Canyon, Capitol Reef Monument, and Valley of the Goblins. Mrs. L. Frank Redd left Thursday for Salt Lake City where she will stay with the children of her and daughter, Dr. and Mrs. Homer E. Smith, while they are in New York City for a medical meeting. Mr. and Mrs. David Jensen and young son spent a pleasant spring vacation in Orem with Mr. and Mrs. D. Byron Jensen, parents of Mr. Jensen. Mr. and Mrs. Paul Hunsaker and son, Jerry, vacationed Thursday to Sunday in northern Utah Mrs. Hunsakeris They visited parents in Honeyville, and Mr, ward.
