She preceded him in death. Later married Ruth Hitchcock Roberts on Oct. 25, 1986. They lived in Moab. He was a member of the LDS Church, where he held numerous callings. He was a veteran of WWII and Korea. He was a coal miner and was a loving husband and father. He is survived by his children and their spouses, Carol and Bob Ward of Salt Lake City, Kay and Jerry Jells of Castle Dale, Robert and Linda Barney of Salt Lake Kathleen Jensen of Salt Lake City, Phillip and Pauline Jensen of Ferron; stepchildren, Deena King, Pamela Heal, Sharlotte Wolfe and Lisa Roberts; 20 grandchildren, 12 three brothers and four sisters.
