Katie Is serving as senior class secreShe has tary and FBLA president-elec- t been listed In "Who's Who Among American High School Students" for the past four years and has been selected to receive the Presidential Academic Fitness Award. She was a member of the National Junior Honor Society and le a current member of the National Honor Society. She was president of her sophomore class and has represented both Canyon View and Emery High at state math and physics meets. Katie loves softball and hopes to be able to play on the college level. Some of her hobbles Include horses, making wood crafts and wreaths, and watching football with her dad. Her parents are Joe and Debbie Oveson of Elmo. Kris Is the son of Val and Bernice Payne of Cleveland. He Is a senior this year and is In his fourth year of high school rodeo where he has already qualified for state in the bareback competition. Kris Is vice president of the range Judging team. He recently took first place In the state at Snow College for his high point Individual performance. He Is active in his church and works part time on his grandfather's ranch. He Is also on the school's honor roll.
