Utah Postal Service new facility or expansion projects by capital spending freeze are Draper, Eden, Farmington, Milford, New Harmony, Richfield, Salt Lake, Holladay. Contrary to the fact that Moab's post master has been searching for a site on which to locate a new office, it did not appear on the list of previously approved projects, indicating that the those plans had not reached an approved status.
