Mon-del- l, wife of Representative Mondell. Mra. Cleveland Newton, wife of Ren- Newton, and Mrs. Edgar C. - tentative Ellis, wifs of Representative Ellis, had a reception Tuesday for Mrs. Herbert 8. Hadley,-wif- e of former Governor Hadley of Missouri. The ladles of the Missouri delegation in the senate and bouse assisted the hostess while the guests were Missouri D. A. R. a Mrs. Henry Wilder Keyes, wire of Senator Keyes and delegate to the congress from New Hampshire, had a luncheon in honor of Miss Anna Wallace, one of the candidates for national .vice president. On Tuesday also there was the president generals reception. , Mrs. George Maynard Miner received at Continental hall for the delegate and alternates.
