These are places where visitors driving into Moab will see large informative signs about the importance of protecting the cryptobiotic crust and of staying on the existing trails, as well as finding buckets for collecting recycling. A variety of pamphlets, maps and other informational brochures related to this area will be on hand for those who may want them. The Solutions will be working at the trailhead of Mill Creek Canyon at the Powerdam, in the creek itself, and on Potato Salad Hill. They off-roa- will be collecting recycling and trash from these areas on a daily basis. The recycling will be sorted and deposited at Canyonlands Community Recycling. Current Solutions members collected over 350 pounds of recycling on Potato Salad Hill and the road leading up to it last year. The Solutions formed in May of 2004.
