The committee has been empowered by the Heber City Council to do the following within six month: (1) approve the scope and review the results of an economic impact analysis commissioned by the city; (2) review proposed ordinances that the Heber City Planning commission will propose for adoption relating to the regulation of big box development and make suggested changes; (3) disseminate information to the public through the media and public meetings; (4) coordinate the development of a survey tool to obtain a representative sample of public opinion on big box development and (5) report the findings and opinion of the committee to Heber City Council and Wasatch County Council of Governments. The Red Devil wrestling team qualified seven wrestlers to go to the state tournament last weekend at the regional tournament in Kamas. The board determining where CIB money goes is made up ofvarious members, some from state government, some from the counties and a few from such places as education. But a bill introduced to the Utah House of Representatives would change the makeup of the CIB board.
