Under the ruling, the business ' operation can continue on the property, but the metal building cannot be used in relation to the business. following the annexation. The department received a total of 112 written complaints last month. During the same period, officers issued 65 citations. Total property loss from criminal activity , ' during the month was estimated at $4,440. The department recovered Twenty-eig- an estimated $2,621 worth of stolen property during February. Training received by members of : the department during February included executive management, 12 hours; crisis intervention, 48 hours; drug identification and hit and run accidents, 54 hours; firearms range, 27 hours; workshop, seven hours; CPR, one inter-disciplina-ry hour.
