In an attempt to avoid scheduling problems with the kitchen in the new American Legion Senior CitizenCivic Center, the Grand County Commission this week outlined a list of recommendations for operation and submitted it to the Grand County Council on Aging. The commissions stated that according to regulations, the supervisor apparently needs to be present only when equipment, such as the stove, dishwasher, steamer, etc., is in use. The sink, counterspace, and other areas can be used without a supervisor, they continued, as long as the building custodian can serve as overseer.
