Kathie Debenham's piece will be danced by Amy Clark Lives and Amy Markgraf. The work uses solos and duets to explore the ongoing dialogue of stillness and stir, and the layering of space, sound and kinetic relationships. Pat Debenham's work, "And Then," with Kathie Debenham and Kevin Giddins dancing, is inspired by a prayer for renewal written by social activist Judy Chicago. In the dance, opposites arise and are eventually resolved. The connecting thread for Body Stories is the use of text, music and dance as mediums by which a full range of human experience is revealed. Our bodies, whether we want them to or not, tell our stories. w "i Local singer PAYSON Kathryn Laycock Little will be soloist at the Utah Valley Symphony's third annual concert Tuesday at the Payson High School auditorium.
