When men from around the country accompany their wives to BYU's Education Week, only to spend the time at LaVeil's coaching class and out at the Cougar practices. Like any good fan would. It's the time of year when the stars show up more buff than they were last year, like Rob Morris and Byron Frisch. August is the season for sweat. Not the kind that beads up on the forehead, but the kind that runs down the face in rivers and stains uniforms. The kind of sweat that trainers desperately try to replace between morning and afternoon practices. It's a month for hope, in the form of freshmen like running backs Luke Staley and Fahu " Tahi. And for relief brought by the return of cornerbacks Heshie Robertson and Brian Gray. top 25 team.
