State, Orem Grand Prize winner will receive a $400.00 gift certificate; 2nd place will e receive a $200.00 gift certificate, and our third, fourth, fifth & winners will receive a gift certificate worth $100.00. sixth-plac- Contest Rules: 5 You must be present to win!!! Participants will receive point values for each correct answer given. The person (s) which earns the highest number of points will then be the Grand Prize winner. The person (s) which earns the second highest point total will be claimed the 2nd place winner. The person (s) finishing with the third, fourth, fifth & sixth highest point value will be claimed third, fourth and e finishers respectively. In the event that more than one individual earns the same point value in each of these respective finishes, those individual's names will be placed into a drawing where the first name to be drawn will be considered the winner. Winners will be announced at a drawing to be held at Gunnies on September 20 at 7:00 p.m.. This contest is void where prohibited by law. All federal, state and local laws apply. Participants must be age 18 and older. No purchase necessary. One entry per person. Copies of this year's 'game page' can be attained at the main office of the Daily Herald, 1555 S. Freedom Blvd, Provo, Utah and at Gunnies. Entries can be dropped off at either the Daily Herald or at Gunnies. Entries must be turned in no later than Thursday, Sept. 20 by Noon.
