The Sheriff's office has never established a county wide program to combat this problem during that period of time. In order to deal effectively with the drug problem in this County, all law enforcement agencies should unite together and work as a team to eliminate the problem. The Sheriif as Chief law enforcement office of the county should take the lead in organizing such a program and assist the police of each respective City where such a problem should exist.
