The Salt Lake Organizing Committee is displaying this "Cool Winter Games" art exhibit at Snow College in Ephraim Saturday through Jan. 21. The exhibit will be at the Greenwood Student Center, 270 E. College Ave. in Ephraim, said Paula Brewer, the center's director. The exhibit can be seen from 8 a.m. to 11 p.m. all week at no cost, ehq said. About 250,000 students in public and private schools participated in the Olympic art exhibit last year. Community judges chose only 250 of the pieces for the traveling exhibit. "Cool Winter Games" pictures have been on tour since August. After Snow College, the artwork will be displayed at Provo's City Hall from Feb. 26 to March 10. Another stop on the tour is the College of Eastern Utah in Price. The college will receive the exhibit April Children's Olympic artwork will be on display next year as well, said Judy Stanfield, SLOCs director of education. Students enrolled in school during the year created pictures that depict "Celebrating the Spirit of Friendship," Stanfield said. The winning artwork from this year will go on tour next Hchool year, she said.
