Nineteen hundred and twenty-tw- o years have passed since, then, and the world has been blessed by His examples and precepts. We feel thankful that so many have confidence in Jesus of Nazareth, and in His apostles and prophets of our own time, for we feel sure that it is through obedience to the laws of the Lord that the greatest joy and happiness comes in this life and the life to come. Our belief in Providence is unshaken. In the right is still the greatest Our leaders are men of God, working diligently to serve mightLord and the people, to keep them from the evils of the presthe ent day and in the sunshine of righteousness. Our glorious land of America was settled by devoted Christians of many creeds who made it possible for a great republic to be established under God. Our church was founded by God the Father and His Son revealing themselves to Joseph Smith in 1820 in answer to the scripture: "If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God, that giveth to all. men liberally, and upbraideth not; and it shall be given him." So the Dispensation of the Fullness of Times was ushered in glory and power. We are deeply concerned about living up to the precepts of the Church, and following the examples of our pioneer fathers and mothers m devotion and faithfulness. - SOCIAL BY FIRST WARD CHOIR.
