Funeral services were held Wednesday noon in East Midvale First Ward. Mrs For-bus- h was born Jan. 27, 1882 in Payson, to David Alexander and Christine Frost Mitchell. She married Norman Lester Forbush Aug. 26, 1902 in Union. The marriage was later solemnized in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. He died.. Mrs Forbush was an active Relief Society teacher for over 50 years. She served as President of Relief Society of the East Midvale First Ward for 9 years. She was a religion class president and a charter member of the Sharp Camp of Daughters of Utah Pioneers. She wrote newsnotes for Midvale Sentinel for approximately 10 years. Survivors include her daughter and sons, Orval Lester, Murray; Mitchell LeRoy. Midvale; Mrs Blane (Margaret) Meakin, Salt Lake; 7 grandchildren; 15 Burial was in Midvale city cemetery. Bingham Fire Ladies Auxiliary met at the fire hall in Bingham last Monday Dec. 6. They held election of officers for the coming year. Mrs Joe (Deana) Dispenza was elected as president with Mrs Verl (Pat) Peterson, vice president; Mrs Robert (Sherrie) King, secretary; Mrs Theron (Lois) Hickman, teasurer; Mrs A. J. (Connie) Sargent, flower committee; and Mrs Ilosmer (Helen) Petersen, social secretary. Cards were played following the business meeting. Mrs Phil Sanderson was hostess for the evening. Civic Club Holds Christmas Party The annual Civic Club Christmas party was held Dec. 6 in the Catholic church hall with 21 members attending. Mr & Mrs Adair returned Saturday after attending a convention at Miami Beach, Fla. Mrs Adair continued on home to Tropic. Mr Adair left Sunday afternoon by car to return home.
