Show LIFETIMES was presented at en Air Force Honors Banquet at the Hyatt Regency Berlin game Hotel in San Francisco, Calif. This is a Chief Master Sergeant of the Air Force Award that recognizes extensive job knowledge as a career advisor. In addition to his military accomplishments, TSgt. Pinnegar has maintained a 4.0 grade point average in his college education. Award s h onor a chi evers Sergeant garners several honors SMSgt. Michael D. Clark recently returned from the Naval Senior Enlisted Academy where he earned the City of Newport Award for attaining the highest academic average in the class. Selection for the academy is in itself an honor, Hill AFB workers have been recognized for excep- tional performance, both on and off the job. win awards HIII NCOs Oct. 25, 1991 Air Force Base Career Advisor of the Year TSgt. James E. Pinnegar II of the 2849th Air Base Group was recently presented the Air Force Base Career Advisor of the Year Award. The award since only 10 Air Force senior NCOs are eligible each year. While at the academy, Clark was presented with a certificate of appointment as an honorary master chief petty officer by the Navy. Clark is the superintendent of system analysis for the 84th Radar Evaluation Squadron. NCO Academy-We- st graduates Three NCOs from Hill recently graduated from the Military Airlift Command NCO Academy-Wes- t class 91-- at Norton AFB, Calif. TSgt. Lorraine A.W. Peart, 3SSth Fighter Wing, was one of 12 distinguished graduates of the class of 114. To attain this honor, an NCO must be among the top 10 percent of the class. This recognition is 6 based on overall performance with consideration being given to personal conduct, appearance, bearing, dependability, initiative and scholastic ability. Other Hill graduates of the class are TSgts. Theodore R. Brown, 388th FW, and Shawn M. Clark. 729th Tactical Control Squadron. Red Cross says thanks The Red Cross recently awarded a certificate thanking all Hill AFB workers for assistance rendered during the North Ogden flood disaster. The award was presented Oct. 1 1 to Col. Steven R. Emory, 2849th Air Base Group commander, by retired Air Force Col. George Gibson, Bonneville Chapter chairman, and John Hamilton, executive director, American Red Cross.
