Show Obituariks Walter M. Reimschussel 5 Walter M. Reimschussel, 76, of Pleasant Grove passed away Friday, April 10, 1998 at Leah School District. He retired in 1987 after 38 years of service. He served in Bishoprics and Stake High Councils. After his retirement, he and Eva served missions in the Swiss, Tonga, and Freiberg Temples. He enjoyed gardening and loved his family very much. He is survived by his wife Eva of Pleasant Grove; one daughter and three sons: Julie (Tom) Sugden, Medford, Ore.; Kent Utah Valley Regional Medical due to Center from pneumonia. He was ' born Dec. 4, 1921 in Reimschussel, Alan and Lynn Reimschussel all of Pleasant Grove, and 13 grandchildren. (Emily) (Lori) Reimschussel Schoenborn, Germany to Hugo Julius and Marie Ruderisch Reimschussel. He married Eva Pedersen on September 3, 1947 in the Salt Lake IDS Temple. When he was four, his family immigrated to Utah and settled in American Additional survivors include one sister and three brothers: Helen Anderson, Ernest, Helmut, and Leo Reimschussel. He was preceded in death by a grandson, Jared; one sister and three Fork. He graduated from American Fork High School in 1940. He Served in the U. S. Coast Guard during WWII. Funeral services will be held at Wednesday, April 15, 1998 1 p.m. in the Old Timpanogos Third Ward Chapel, 400 East 200 North, Pleasant Grove. Richard Hofheins. step-so- n, She married Rollo Thornton April 19, 1919 in Provo, Utah, and they were sealed in the Provo LDS Temple June 27, 1975. He died October 29, 1966. She married Newell Hofheins July 1, 1944. He died April 10, 1962. She was a member of the LDS Church, a visiting teacher in the American Fork 16th Ward. She worked at Penny's Fork in American and Thornton's Drug in Pleasant Grove. She was a member of the Am. Fork Senior Citizens Band and was Secretary of the Senior Citizens Organization. She was preceded in death by 3 brothers, a sister, a granddaughter, Carolyn Reid, and a great grandson, John Reid. The family expresses their deepest appreciation for the love, kindness and care extended to our grandma and mother by Sharon, Howie and Justin Niswander, and those of the Lake View Elderly Care Center.
