The Lehi Longhorn Rodeo Team will sponsor a weekend of high school rodeo action on Friday and Saturday, May 1 and 2 in the Lehi Round-u- p arena. Events begin on Friday at 6 p.m., continuing on Saturday at 9 a.m. and again at 5 p.m. Admission for the rodeo is $3 for adults and $2 for children. Concessions will be available. Over 900 high school rodeo team members are expected to attend this two-da- y event. Lehi of the Longhorn Rodeo Team recently returned from the St. George Series, six rodeos held over three weekends in Southern Utah. The results in order are: Milford Rodeo Dixie Rodeo roping; Jennifer Freeland took eighth in goat tying and Megan Jensen placed tenth in girls cow Lehi Longhorns swept the steer wrestling event, with Trenton Clement in first, fol- cutting. Trenton Clement and Brady Davis placed seventh and eighth in team roping, and Jace Sager took fifth place in individual calf roping. In girls events, Jessica Buckwalter and Megan Jensen each won third place honors in goat tying and cow cutting, Ail-Arou- Brady Davis captured the Cowboy title, with a first place in team roping and third in calf roping. Tyler Thomas placed fourth in bull riding, and Trenton Clement took fourth in team roping and seventh in calf roping. Jessica Buckwalter took fourth in goat tying. Megan Jensen placed sixth in girls cow cutting, and seventh place went to Jennifer Freeland in pole bending, John Lewis in steer wrestling and Duke Freeland in team roping.
