NOTICE IS GIVEN that on Nov. 12, 1997, that being a day not later than ten (10) days after the Bond Election, the City Council will meet at its regular meeting place at 7:00 p.m. to canvass the returns and declare the results of the Bond Election. Pursuant to applicable provisions of the Utah Municipal Bond Act, the period allowed for any contest of the Bond Election shall end forty (40) days after Nov. 12, 1997 (the date on which the returns of the election are to be canvassed and the results thereof declared).
