The Lehi High School cross country team is sponsoring a car wash to help team members defray expenses in traveling t i local support group. She is the dance consultant for the Utah State Office of Education. Ms. Trujillo has taught and choreographed for the children's and teens creative dance program at Brigham Young University. She has her B.F.A. in dance from the University of Utah, and MA. in dance from Brigham Young University. She has been visiting faculty at both universities. Ms. Trujillo is of, at Weigh-i- ' been guest performers with the American Fork and Lehi High school dance companies. Creative dance teaches children how to explore their own unique movement abilities. A technical foundation based upon modern dance technique is taught to provide the children with the skills needed to progress as dancers. Movement exploration, improvisation, and the creative process are taught to develop dancers who can perform as well as create their own movement sequences and eventually dances. This is a fun and challenging approach to dance which helps to develop the whole child.
