Show - Drawing class offered The American Fork Visual Art Board is offering a drawing class to meet the needs of teenagers (12 to 18). The class will be held on four consecutive Saturdays, beginning Sept. 23. Class hours will be 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. Registration cost is $20. This class will be limited to 20 students. Registration should be completed by Sept. 19. For more information call 756-373- 8. Drawing tools and supplies needed for the class are included in the registration fee. Classes will be held in the Veterans Memorial Hall at 53 North Center, American Fork. John Martin will be the instructor. He won the "Best of Show" at the 1995 Steel Days Art Exhibit. - ' Parenting class slated The Gathering Place, in conjunction with Alpine School District, is once again offering the "Developing Responsible Children" parenting programming beginning Sept. 20. This dynamic nine-wee- k course offers free class materials and is based on the "Significant Seven" by Stephen Glenn. It is geared toward your teen, having problems with communication, or just plain want to be a better parent, then this course is for you.
