Trisha and her partner, Jill Swenson, also received the $100 Outstanding Ensemble award for their performance of "Wedding Day at Troldhaugen" by Grieg. Adam Hughes: 'Use your time wisely',.; l She has Derformprl i honor recitals of the Encore Music Teachers association and has received scholarships for two to music clinics. She won first years place in the junior division of the 1994 Encore keyboard competition and third place in the 1995 USU piano festival. A student of Professor Amano, Trisha plans to enroll as a piano major at Utah State after graduating from Lehi High School, where she is an honor student and a junior varsity cheerleader; she also enjoys music, water skiing and Adam Hughes, a senior who enjoys smiling and laughing, is this week's Pioneer Profile. Adam is the son of Nila Hughes of Lehi and the late Paul Hughes. I. At Lehi High, Gina serves as the head varsity cheerleader and is actively involved with the German Club. She is ranked number one in her class of 334 and is a member of the National Honor Society. 5. The daughter of Gene and Janae Francom of Highland, she performed an original jazz dance for her talent presentation. She also received the scholastic award and he scored in the top 10 in the PSAT and Plan ACT tests. He is currently taking advanced placement classes in English, calculus, art, and psychology and maintains a 3.834 GPA. As an active member of the Lehi Wines Park Ward, Adam has served in his Young Men's class presidencies and has participated in ward service projects. He has received the On My Honor scouting award, and is an Eagle Scout.
