Harding, Jr. of Harding and Associates in American Fork and Pleasant Grove, has recently been appointed to serve as a judge in the Fourth Judicial Court of Utah County. Mr. Harding will be joining his father, Ray Harding, Sr., on the bench; the elder Harding was also appointed from the Harding and Harding firm 10 years ago to serve as a judge. The new judge has transferred his law practice to his former associates Gordon Duval, James Tucker" Hansen, Marshall S. Witt and C. Val Morley. The new firm's name will be Duval, Hansen, Witt and Morley, LLC and will retain its offices in American Fork and Pleasant Grove. The firm has added a fifth partner, Kevin V. Olsen, who brings to the firm his existing real estate and construction law practice from Sandy; Jeffrey Buhman has also been retained as a contract attorney to further complement the full range of legal services offered by the firm.
