Main and is a very good marksman with a Every member of Pack 3110, Lehi 10th Ward, were presented Arrow of Light Awards in a recent ceremony. There are six boys in the Pack and each one of them earned the prestigious award. Those honored were Brad Wilson, Derek Yates, Danny Rock, Cory Alan Carter, Dan Wilson, and Cody American Fork e. : Farrer. Farrer is the son of Rick and He is a fifth grade Farrer. JoLyn student at Lehi Elementary. Cody Scouting is one of Cody's favorite interests. He enjoys building and repairing things, and working with his dad. Cody is an avid and has been on many extra scout outings with his father who serves as Scoutmaster . Living six months in Costa Rica, Cody had many great opportunities to earn scouting awards while becoming familiar with the Spanish language and culture. Being an Eagle Scout and serving a mission for the church are two of Cody's goals. The Cub Scouting program has given Cody a good foundation to build upon and broadens his interests. He is studying the Suzuki Piano Method, taking karate lessons and has achieved in competitive gymnastics and swimiiajhg.. Dan WitSn7Lmember of the Lehi 10th Ward Weblo's Den 3110, received his Arrow of Light in November. Dan enjoys Scouting activities and is excited about advancing into Blazers in May. He loves sports, especially soccer. Although soccer is his favorite sport, he as excelled in tennis, taking second in the age 10 group of the Utah County Tennis Tournament. Dan showed his- abilities by winning the "All Around" at Lehi Elementary Field Day for the older age group. ,. He has been a competitive swimmer and won a number of ribbons. In addition to sports, Dan enjoys singing and playing piano. Drawing is also a hobby. He makes friends easily and really enjoys school. Cory Alan Carter was born on he April 28, 1975. Now enjoys sports, especially baseball and basketball. He also loves to hunt A fifth grader at Lehi Elementary, he is actively involved in tutoring and enjoys mathematics and history. Because of his love of Drama, he will soon be enrolled in commercial acting classes in Salt Lake City. son Danny Rock is the of Pete and Melanie Rock. Danny has many interests including sports of any kind. He played for the Indians baseball team this past summer and he also enjoys karate, skiing, and hiking. An excellent student, Danny always goes the "extra mile" with his studies. Scouting is also a definite interest. He has earned every Cub award possible and next month will have earned his "fifteenth" award in Webelos. He is especially thankful for his Webelos Den Leader, his dad! Danny has had the opportunity to travel a lot in his 10 years, seeing most of the U.S.A., living in London throughout-Europg and He lovs Lehi the best though and is happy to call it home. back-packin- 756-5Z8- Z Cory Alan Carter Dan Wilson e. Brad has numberous hobbies, but g his favorites are swimming, and bicycling. He especially loves Cub Scouts and appreciates the help and support of Webelo leader, Pete Rock. Brad has also earned his Faith in three-wheelin- God Award. Derek Yates is a fifth grade student at Lehi Elementary School and enjoys his classes there. He loves many sports, especially soccer and foolball. He is also an avid BYU fan. Derek loves to go fishing, camping ;and deer hunting with his famiy, grandparents, uncles and aunts. He is very proud to have received his Arrow of Light and is looking forward to going into the Boy Scouts. One of his goals is to become an Eagle. Don and Janae Yates are the proud parents of such a fine, outstanding young man.
