Image One captures its subjects on location bringing them to each center to help solve the weight mainpuzzle of long-tertenance. Marcia Crockett views the program as a way to educate the whole family, dieters gain an understanding of how nutrition works, how the body responds to certain foods and how to apply that in planning a knowledge nutritionally balanced diet. Individual handbooks will be given to dieters which also serves as a workbook. A different subject wil be explored each week. One hour classes will be held at noon and also in the evening. .Judy Crowder has seen a rededication of the dieter. The Center believes in private weigh-i- n but with group classes, when an individual has a down day, the dieter can gain reassurance as they meet and share diet success in the classes. Joyce Allen pointed out the diet counselor helps people with their health problems. As dieters begin a their blood nutrition program, pressure will drop and other health problems cease. Fats and fads will be discussed, ideally a man's body is 18 percent fat content and a woman's is about 22 percent. The existence of fat is normal and vital but it is unhealthy to carry an excessive amount. Protein is the building blocks of life, . how much is enough?
