Pinto Sandwich Bake 12 slices bread butter or margarine 1 lbs. ground beef Vt cup catsup 1 tsp. salt 6 large onion slices 2 cups drained cooked Pinto Beans (seasoned) 6 slices processed American cheese 2 eggs 1 cup milk Dash of Tabasco Sauce Spread bread slices with butter or margarine. Arrange .6 slices in bottom of 9 x 13" pan. Toast at 350 about 15 minutes. Combine ground beef, catsup and salt. Spread evenly over toast. Top with onion slices, Pinto beans and cheese slices. Cover with remaining 6 slices of bread. Beat eggs, then add milk and Tabasco Sauce. Pour over bread. Bake in moderate oven (350) about 50 minutes. Serve hot. Makes 6 servings.
